Min Shi is a seasoned corporate and trusts and estates attorney. Her practice focuses on international estate planning, domestic estate planning, pre-immigration planning, pre-marital planning, trust administration and probate. Ms. Shi assists high-net-worth clients to establish comprehensive estate plans for their families and business, including revocable living trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, Medicaid asset protection trusts, special needs trusts, and entity formations. She also advises on probate proceedings and trust administration. Ms. Shi also has broad experience in assisting entrepreneurs, small business owners and corporate clients in sophisticated commercial transactions, which includes general corporate practice and compliance, debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured financings.​

Prior to joining Alpha Law, Ms. Shi worked for Latham & Watkins, LLP in its New York office and for Bloomberg on matters relating to brokerage, electronic trading, commodities, registered and unregistered securities offerings, Mergers & Acquisitions and OTC derivatives and oversaw legal aspects of swap execution facility etc.

Ms. Shi is recommended by one of the largest U.S. private banks as an attorney for wealth planning and advise.
