Fang Duda-Chen is a senior counsel of Alpha Law. She has been practicing law for over 10 years in Mainland China and United States.

Before joining Alpha Law, she worked as an in-house counsel for major automotive companies in Shanghai, China and Michigan, United States. Ms. Duda-Chen had also worked in reputable law firms in Beijing, China for 4 years, mainly practicing M&A and greenfield investment. Ms. Duda-Chen also represented clients, in the capacity of Chinese counsel and in initial public offerings in Hong Kong security market, before she relocated to the United States. 

In addition, Ms. Duda-Chen accumulated extensive experience in all aspects of purchasing and selling businesses, merger and acquisitions, corporate governance, formation and restructuring start-up companies. She also drafted, reviewed and negotiated wide range of transactional agreements for private businesses, including but not limited to, service agreement, supply of goods agreement, promotion/advertising agreements, dealer agreement, logistic agreement, etc.
